How Study USA-HealthCare Works

1. You receive Medical Care

2. You receive a Bill

3. You pay a portion of the Bill

1 routine wellness exam per member is covered at 100% (no cost to you)
For all other care, you pay the amount up to the deductible, then:
Basic and Standard plans: Study USA pays 80% of the remaining covered expenses up to the benefit maximum (in-network)
Preferred plan: Study USA pays 80% of the remaining covered expenses up to $25,000, then Study USA pays 100% up to the benefit maximum (in-network)
Platinum plan: Study USA pays 85% of the remaining covered expenses up to $10,000, then Study USA pays 100% up to the benefit maximum (in-network)

4. You file a Claim for Study USA to pay remaining expenses
